Ajira is a Government initiative through the Ministry of ICT. Its primary goal is to empower the Kenyan Youth with skills to help them earn a living by working online. The program offers training on the following categories:
Data Entry
Content Writing
Digital Marketing.
Virtual Assistant.
Transcription.
Ajira Training
Over 500 students went through the first Ajira training and finished the Mentorship program.
KCA University partnered with the Ministry of ICT to empower KCAU students with the skills needed to work online.
The first training of KCAU students Was held in April 2021 where the students were trained on the five categories offered by Ajira and later taken through a five weeks mentorship program. The second training started on 27th October 2021.
