Who We Are

The Center for Career Planning and Placement is a unit that is under the Enrollment Management and Student Affairs department that has been entrusted with the mandate of preparing and empowering the students of KCA University to explore, pursue and develop their career paths. We are domiciled at the Martin Oduor library on the main campus.

To empower KCA University students to explore, discover and pursue paths to meaningful and fulfilling careers. We aim at ensuring that our students have discovered career paths that are suitable and track their progress to ensure they achieve their goals.

Our Objective

We at the Center for Career Planning and Placement have set out to do the following as our mission:

  • To educate students about their career development process and their industry options while empowering them to make important career decisions.
  • To prepare students for experiential learning through internships, attachments, job placements, and community service.
  • To connect students of KCA University to the alumni and corporate world.
